We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may return your item within 30 calendar days of the purchase date for a full refund, credit, or exchange.

Return Conditions

  • All items must be returned in new, unopened condition.
  • Your original order number is required for all returns.
  • Please include all original accessories (e.g., cables, dock adapters) with your return.
  • Do not include any non-ZAGG items or personal belongings, as we cannot guarantee their return.

Refund Processing

Refund timing depends on the value of your return:

  • Protection Returns: Refunds may be issued once your return shipment is in transit, provided proof of postage or tracking is supplied.
  • Power & Productivity Returns: Refunds are issued after the item has been received and inspected at our warehouse. Please allow up to 5 business days for a refund to be iniatiated.

Important Information

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
  • For damaged or defective items, please contact us before returning your product.
  • For retail purchases, customers who bought a new product in-store must return the item directly to the original store of purchase, in accordance with that store's return policy. Warranty replacements are handled separately and can only be requested online through ZAGG. Defective items associated with a warranty claim should not be returned to the retail store unless explicitly instructed.

Terms of Sale

 

These Terms of Sale ("Terms") govern the purchase of products and/or services ("Goods") through www.zagg.com or affiliated websites ("ZAGG.com") by customers located in the European Union, including Ireland. By placing an order, the buyer ("Buyer") agrees to be bound by these Terms, in compliance with applicable Irish and EU law.

 
Orders
All orders submitted through ZAGG.com constitute offers to purchase and are subject to final acceptance by ZAGG Inc. or its subsidiaries ("ZAGG"). ZAGG may request additional information to process an order and reserves the right to accept or reject any order at its sole discretion. Order confirmation emails acknowledge receipt of your order but do not constitute acceptance. ZAGG may limit quantities or cancel orders for any reason. If an order is cancelled after payment, the full amount paid will be refunded.

 

Right to Cancel (EU Customers)
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days from the day you receive your goods, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, please contact our Customer Care team using the contact information provided on our website or follow our returns process noted above.

You must return the goods in unused, original condition. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product is faulty or incorrect.

 
Prices and Taxes
All prices shown on ZAGG.com are subject to change without notice and do not constitute binding offers. ZAGG reserves the right to correct pricing errors. 

 

VAT (Value-Added Tax)
For customers in Ireland and the EU, VAT is included in the displayed price where applicable. If you are VAT-exempt, please contact our Customer Care team before placing your order and provide the necessary documentation. 

 
Returns

Limited Warranty
ZAGG offers a limited warranty to the original retail purchaser. Warranty details can be found on the product packaging or at uk.zagg.com/warranty-policies.

This warranty is in addition to your statutory rights under Irish and EU law.

 
Liability
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit ZAGG’s liability for: Death or personal injury caused by negligence; Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; Any breach of consumer rights provided by Irish or EU law. ZAGG is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, unless required by law. Any compensation for direct loss shall not exceed the purchase price of the product.

 
Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in ZAGG products and content (including trademarks, designs, and copyrights) remain the property of ZAGG. You may not use or reproduce any of this content without prior written consent.

 
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
For consumers residing in Ireland or the EU, these Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and you may bring legal proceedings in the Irish courts. This does not affect any mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence. ZAGG does not seek to exclude the jurisdiction of any consumer protection authority or court where such exclusion would be invalid under applicable law.

 
Modifications
These Terms may be updated from time to time. The version applicable to your purchase is the version in effect at the time your order is placed. Any changes must be in writing and signed by an authorised representative of ZAGG.

 
Miscellaneous
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect. Your rights under these Terms may not be assigned without ZAGG’s consent.
