Return Conditions
All items must be returned in new, unopened condition.
Your original order number is required for all returns.
Please include all original accessories (e.g., cables, dock adapters) with your return.
Do not include any non-ZAGG items or personal belongings, as we cannot guarantee their return.
Refund Processing Refund timing depends on your items returned.


Protection Returns: Refunds may be issued once your return shipment is in transit, provided proof of postage or tracking is supplied.


Power & Productivity Returns: Refunds are issued after the item has been received and inspected at our warehouse. Please allow up to 5 business days for a refund to be initiated.
Important Information Please note shipping costs are not refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit. For damaged or defective items, please contact us before returning your product.


For retail purchases, customers who bought a new product in-store must return the item directly to the original store of purchase, in accordance with that store's return policy. Warranty replacements are handled separately and can only be requested online through ZAGG. Defective items associated with a warranty claim should not be returned to the retail store unless explicitly instructed.
